No. Lizadel Experience is a service-based business operating by appointment only. All services are booked in advance.
We proudly serve Houston and The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Delivery and on-site services outside of this area are available for an additional fee.
Yes, on-site styling and event services outside our primary service area are available and subject to availability, travel fees, and custom pricing.
Yes. Clients may choose to arrange pickup at a designated location within our service area.

Yes. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure standard bookings. Event and traditional services may require a higher custom deposit.

We accept secure online payments via invoice and approved payment platforms.
Yes. All money bouquets and money leis/sashes include real cash as part of the design. The total cash amount will be agreed upon with the client during booking and included in the final invoice.
No. The 4 Roses and 8 Roses Cash Gift Boxes do not include cash. The transparent tubes are designed for styling and presentation only. Clients may insert their own cash if desired.
Money bouquets and money leis/sashes are designed as full-service monetary gifts, where we handle both the design and cash assembly.
Cash gift boxes are designed as keepsake display items, giving clients flexibility to personalize the cash amount themselves.
Yes. For money bouquets and leis/sashes, you may request your preferred total cash value, subject to availability and booking approval.
All cash is counted, prepared, and styled carefully as part of your design. A receipt or written confirmation of the cash amount will be provided upon completion.
No. Once styled and completed, cash gifts are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Yes. Most of our services are customized based on your preferences, theme, and budget.
Minor changes may be allowed before production begins. Once production starts, changes may incur additional fees.
For select services, design concepts may be shared. Final designs may vary slightly due to material availability.
Gift items are not included unless booked under our gift sourcing service.
Yes. Clients may provide their own items for wrapping.
Yes. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.
Same-day or rush service may be available depending on availability and will incur an additional fee.
Yes. A delivery fee applies for all services outside of the Houston/Woodlands service area. Fees are based on distance and will be quoted at the time of booking.
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

No. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are not refunded.
Occasional promotions may be offered. Custom services are priced based on materials, time, and complexity.
